End-User License Agreement
Effective August 6, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the internal capacity-planning and pricing application (the “Application”) operated by Measured Growth Professional Corporation (the “Firm”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. License
2. Authorized users
3. Acceptable use
4. Connected financial accounts
The Application can connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s APIs to read accounting information — company details, the chart of accounts, employee counts, counts of transactions over a recent period, transaction detail and its attached files, and sales-tax reports — used for workload estimation, pricing, and reviewing the accuracy of the books. On an instruction from the Firm’s staff it also writes a limited set of changes back: it attaches a receipt or other supporting document to a bill or expense; it changes the expense account or tax code recorded on a line of a bill or expense; and it creates a bill or expense from a receipt where that purchase is not already recorded, using only vendors and accounts that already exist in your QuickBooks. It makes no other changes — it does not void or delete anything, it does not create vendors or accounts, and it does not touch invoices, payments, or payroll. Every such change is initiated by a named member of the Firm’s staff, is confirmed by them before it is sent, and is recorded in the Application’s own audit log. By connecting a QuickBooks company, you represent that you are authorized to grant that access, including for the changes described above. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to your agreements with Intuit.
The Application does not connect to bank accounts today. If that capability becomes available, the Firm may ask you to connect a bank or credit-card account through a regulated bank-data provider, on a page that provider hosts. The Firm never receives your online-banking credentials. By connecting an account you represent that you are authorized to grant that access. The Application reads the account and transaction information you authorize the provider to share, and makes no changes to any bank account: it does not move money, initiate payments, or alter anything at your financial institution. Your use of that provider’s service remains subject to your agreements with it.
